Booty pop 🍑🌿 I was scrolling through my old photos and came across these photos where I was trying to take one of those sandy bum pics 😬 I posted the right one back in January, but the left is the reality behind that photo ☺️ I still sometimes get a slight pang of sadness and jealousy when I see all the big beautiful bums on instagram and wish I could magically have what they have. Because sometimes I feel like all my booty gains are gone when I take photos where it looks smaller, but then I remember that I shouldn't compare my body to theirs. I have a great booty and so do they! It's all about posing/angles and nobody looks like that all the time. There's nothing wrong with posting a good photo of your booty, you should post it if you feel like it! Just remember that when you're scrolling through social media and see all the posed bums that you too have a great bum and that nobody looks like that 24/7 ☺️ It seems like big butts are the thing that so many people want currently. But remember that you don't need a big booty to be beautiful. All butts are good butts ☺️ All of our bodies are different and you don't need a specific body type to fit into what society defines as beautiful!! It's stressful and so messed up that body parts and types are going in and out of style- before it was being really thin, now it's having a big booty. That shouldn't be a thing. It causes so much stress and self hate to people who do not have these things. I know it's hard but instead of trying to obtain these things, love how you look now. Not how you'll look if you loose X amount of weight or get a bigger booty. Because trust me when you get to those things you'll just want something more. Be comfortable in your own skin no matter what angle, posed or unposed, and you'll radiate beauty! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bopowarrior #bootypop #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bootyfordays #bootybuilding #instagramvsreallife #beforeafter #selfconfidence #youareyou #dontchange #acceptyourself #bodypositive #lawofattraction #everyoneisbeautiful #selflove #bepresent #findyourself #dontcare #cellulite #effyourbeautystandards

Thank you 💕🌿 I flew to South Africa yesterday and when I landed I saw that I have 100k followers 😳 firstly I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for allowing me to have this platform to spread the body positive and self love message. Thank you for constantly supporting me, which in turn has also allowed me to grow as a person. You guys are the best and I appreciate all your comments and messages so much 💕 I just felt like making a little story time post about my instagram journey so far (swipe to see) ☺️ So this has always been my only instagram, I began posting on here in 2014 with photos of my personal life when I used to have crazy colored hair and would post photos of random things (2014). Then around 2015 I posted my first progress photo after I started doing BBG workouts and decided to keep posting fitness related photos of my progress until late 2016. I don't think there is anything wrong with posting your progress or having a fitness instagram btw, you should share and show off your hard work! But for me it became less and less of a hobby to post these types of photos and felt like I wasn't telling the truth by posting these photos all the time because that wasn't what I looked like 24/7, so I decided to use this platform to post body positive and self love photos and that's what's brought me to where I am now. I never imagined that I would be posting my biggest insecurities online but thats how life needed up working out and I love it so much because I love hearing how much it helps people when I share these posts! I hope you guys liked that little story time 😬 I'm so excited to see what the future brings! Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a lovely weekend!! ☀️🌴 —————————————— . . . #enjoythejourney #thankyou #100k #bopo #selflove #positivelife #lawofattraction #fitnessjourney #allbodiesaregoodbodies #youareamazing #bebrave #trustyourself #bodypositivity #staytruetoyourself #behumble #nonegativity #pasttopresent #loveyourlife #dowhatmakesyouhappy #liveyourbestlife #createyourownhappiness #choosehapiness #attitudeofgratitude #liveinthemoment #findyourself #embracelife

Bikini body 👙🌿 I'm sure we've all had that feeling where you're feeling cute at the beach but then you sit down and all of a sudden feel insecure and don't know how to sit without your tummy feeling oddly too exposed. The other day I went to the beach and would have slight moments where I felt like people were looking at my tummy and these feelings of insecurity where I wanted to hide my tummy because "it didn't look good" sitting down. But I realised that I was being silly and ruining my time at the beach and not enjoying it fully just because of this small silly thing. You really shouldn't feel that way! Everyone looks like this when they sit down! Nobody is judging you and even if someone was then that's a reflection of their inner insecurities, not yours. You are not fat. We all have fat, especially on our tummies and it's completely normal. And that fat does not make you worth any less as a person! Nobody has abs or a flat tummy 24/7 when they sit down. Don't let this idea ruin your time because it's completely normal! If you want to wear a bikini, then wear it cause life's too short not to wear what you want!! You look amazing so wear it with confidence and you'll radiate beauty! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bikinibody #bodypositive #lawofattraction #beachtime #insecurities #bodyposi #fitnessmotivation #positiveenergy #manifest #bodyfat #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodyacceptance #selflove #bopowarrior #allbodiesarebeautiful #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney #bopo #vegansofig #veganfitness #bbg #positivethinking #positivelife #positivemind #loveyourself #youareenough #youmatter

Progress photo talk 💁🏼🌿 I was taking progress pictures initially, but I took many different photos and ended up wanting to do one of these flexed/posing vs chilling posts (I know they're done to death but I don't care cause I love doing them 😬). But anyway, when I started working out I kept thinking to myself "I can't wait till I'm on week 100, I'll look so good by then and my progress pictures will be DA BOMB". But I'm on week 96 now and weirdly felt like I don't have that much difference between now and week 1 (when my body is relaxed), cause I saw other people doing relaxed poses and had massive differences. But then I realised that I actually don't care 🤷🏼‍♀️ because I shouldn't feel the need to post a photo to get validation on how hard I've worked, it's this weird mindset I got from having a fitness account and getting comments on photos, where people would judge my progress. I got weirdly obsessed with wanting to please everyone and have no one say anything negative. But it doesn't matter how long you've worked out for, or how much muscle you've gained or fat you've lost. It isn't some competition of who can do the most, the quickest. It's about YOU being healthy and happy! So next time you find yourself comparing yourself to anyone's photos, seeing how long they've worked out or how they look compared to you, STOP. You should be so proud of yourself for being you! We all have different lives and bodies, life isn't always linear, sometimes we need to navigate through things first, everyone's journey is unique! Also, as you can see, poses change how you look!!! instagram isn't reality, It's a snap of a second into someone's life. It's just one photo, please don't let that ruin your confidence cause you are absolutely remarkable and there's no point in wanting to be or look like someone else ☺️ love who you are, it's a lot easier than trying to please everyone 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #beforeandafter #transformationtuesday #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #bootybuilding #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #bikinibody #weightlossjourney #beyou #confidence #selflove #embraceyourself #manifest

Stress and being unhealthy 🤷🏼‍♀️🌿 I haven't worked out in a week, I've ate like 💩, I haven't taken care of my self properly. Am I mad about it? Nope. Because it's just a week and exams are important. I know everyone's different and some people can maintain a good food and workout routine during stressful times. But for me, it seems to cause more stress 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I decided I'm just gonna take a week off, sure I could've tried harder, and used all that procrastination time to workout or go buy groceries and make a healthy meal, but I realised that forcing myself all this extra stress will just cause me to have a bad outlook on working out and eating healthy. It would turn into something I need to do, not something that I want to do or enjoy. I'm not posting this to justify to anyone why Ive been doing what I'm doing, I just hoped it would help anyone in the same position. I hope you realize that these moments of stress aren't permanent, they will go away and you can get right back to everything that you want to do. You look amazing even if your body has changed, you have eye bags, haven't showered or done the laundry in a few days!! You look amazing because you're still you, and who you are is what defines you, not the way you look! ☺️💕 I hope you've all had a great week so far! 🌻🌿 —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #stress #studentlife #unilife #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #exams #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #bloating #bikinibody #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #fitnessmotivation #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #manifest #flaws

Make up vs no make up 💄🌿 I always thought I had to be "naturally pretty to get away with not wearing make up", no matter where I was going, I would at least do my eyebrows, cause god forbid anyone sees my messy, light, sparse eyebrows 😂 But it's hit me recently that I shouldn't care what other people think, I don't need to look good for anyone and I think I look great as is without make up 🤷🏼‍♀️ There is no right or wrong way to wear make up, anyone who wants to wear it can and anyone who doesn't, doesn't have to! I don't understand why such a big deal is made out of make up. If you have a problem with someone wearing no make up or too much make up, you should really re-evaluate your priorities in life. It's 2017, it's okay if any gender wears make up or chooses not to wear make up, if someone wants to go to the grocery store at 3am with a full face of make up, let them, it's their body and their choice, they don't need to have any reason for doing so 🤷🏼‍♀️ Focus on you, focus on YOUR life, life's too short to spend your energy worrying about what other people say about you anyway ☺️ And if you think you need make up to look pretty, that's okay too! Do whatever makes you happy! Just know that make up does not define you in any way and you are absolutely beautiful with and without make up! ☺️ I hope you all have an absolutely amazing day! I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while, I was almost 2 days without electricity in my house 😅 But at least my exams are done now so I'm back to posting regularly 🙌🏼🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #naturalmakeup #naturallybeautiful #wearwhatyoulike #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #nomakeup #makeup #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #flawless #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #fitnessmotivation #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #loveyourself #manifest #flaws #confidence

Instagram vs reality 🌿 Just wanted to post a silly photo today because that's just the mood I'm in currently 🙃 Before I'd never think about posting the photo on the right, but it's what I'm like 90% of the time, somewhere in a corner making weird faces and poses 😬 I usually get my boyfriend to take tons of photos of me for instagram and always have really odd silly ones that I end up ignoring and not posting 😂 Also I would've been really insecure about my armpit hair showing and my body not looking 'perfect', but I shouldn't care, it's how I naturally look! I am both of these people and neither is better than the other, just different forms of me. Nobody should be labeled as a Slut or hoe for posting photos similar to the left one, nor should they be labeled as gross for posting photos similar to the right. We're all just people doing our own thing, sometimes we wanna post photos where we feel great about ourselves, but don't forget about the silly "bad" looking ones too cause there isn't anything wrong with them!! They're a part of who you are and you should love it! Hope you all have an absolutely lovely Friday and an amazing start to the weekend! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #beforeandafter #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #natural #bodyhair #armpithair #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #bloating #bikinibody #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #loa #fitnessmotivation #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #manifest #flaws

Flexing vs relaxing 💪🏼🌿 On the left I'm laying down and flexing as hard as I possibly can and on the right I'm just sitting and chilling ☺️ I know so many people want to have flat toned tummies. Instagram is filled with posts of toned, lean, flat tummies, but what you don't know is that they don't look like that 24/7. You can love fitness and workout tons and still have fat! As I've said before, fat is a completely normal thing to have!! So don't feel like you're not doing enough or that you should get rid of it if you have fat or tummy rolls when you sit down because it's completely normal! Having these things does not make you less attractive, it just means your a person with a body that does what bodies are supposed to do. All bodies are different and will look different sitting down (or doing anything) so there's no point in comparing your body to someone else's. you have an amazing body that you should be so proud of!! So go out there and next time you feel ashamed or vulnerable about your body, don't, because you are beautiful no matter what! I hope you all have a lovely Monday and a great start to the week!! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #progressnotperfection #beforeandafter #bodyimage #mondaymotivation #flexing #bikinibody #beachbody #calvinklein #bodyfat #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #bbg #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #motivation #fitnessmotivation #sweatwithkayla #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself

Instagram vs reality 🙆🏼🌿 I just wanted to show that the photo on the right its just me, being unapologetically and naturally me! These photos were taken a while back when I was in Finland in Feb, on the right I'm relaxing my tummy and I hadn't shaved my pits because it was winter, so what's the point of shaving cause nobody would see my armpit hair anyway? 😬 And on the left is me flexing and covering my armpit hair, pretending it didn't exist 😂 I'm guilty of editing out armpit hair in old photos or not posting certain photos because my armpit hair or other body hair is showing in them! Why did I edit them out? Because I didn't want people to comment something like ew she didn't shave lol, gross. But you know what? Fuck it, I don't shave majority of the time, I usually just wear jeans or shirts that cover my armpit hair because most of the time I'm too lazy to shave and I have freakishly sensitive skin, so I get rashes and stuff whenever I do wax or shave. The reason why I'm so triggered by this is because I was stalking @gracefituk and there was one photo of her just being the beautiful majestic being she is and guess what? People commented on her leg hair that was showing in the photo. (Which you could barely see, these people had to zoom in the photo to see that) and it just pissed me off so much. Who has the right to tell another person to shave? I'm sorry but most of those comments started due to people who don't shave their armpits, so why do they have any right to tell someone to do that when they don't? It's 2017. NOBODY NEEDS TO SHAVE THEIR BODY HAIR IF THEY DONT WANT TO!! Nobody should feel ashamed of being bloated or having tummy rolls, cellulite, stretch marks or anything! These are perfectly natural things that happen to people sometimes. You are beautiful with or without these things. I just can't stand people putting down others for natural, normal things. 😔 we shouldn't live our lives to please other people. Live life for you and do what makes you feel happy and comfortable. Sorry for the long rant, I just felt the need to write about this! Anyway, I hope you all have an absolutely lovely day 🌴☀️
